client project {new construction staging}

I love the way the universe works
especially when it connects me
with fabulous new clients and projects like this one.
In a fun new twist on  my "best friend" design service
this client reached out to me for help with the staging
I'm working on a detailed post about the changes we made
but for now I hope you enjoy pictures of this gorgeous project
that was an absolute pleasure to work on...

This beautiful space greets you upon entering the front door
with its beautiful Ralph Lauren chandelier and custom french doors...

This room can be used as a formal living room, study, or playroom...
It could also be conveniently used as a guest bedroom
with its easy accessibility through a pocket door {left above but unseen}
to this beautiful full bath...

Notice the mosaic herringbone back splash flanked by Circa Lighting sconces.
I also love the thick quartzite countertops and the glass enclosed marble shower.
This bathroom is also accessible via the main entry hallway.

Looking back towards the huge handmade iron front door
you get showcase view of the beautiful herringbone detail in the floor,
a trio of perfect Circa lighting pendants overhead,
and a look at the stunning dining room...

The dining room is utterly chic and anything but simple
with its sparkling Visual Comfort chandelier,
...perfect for entertaining.

Especially with this fantastic wine room/butler's pantry directly across the hallway...

I know.
Count them, not one but two Sub-Zero wine/beverage refrigerators.
I love this house too.

Continuing through to the back of the house
you enter the main living area...

Take a minute to stare at the amazing gas fireplace with its
 beveled Calcutta white marble surround.
I love the doors on the custom cabinetry on both sides of the fireplace.
This house has so much storage.
I don't know about you but I need more of that in my life.
Bonus...the area is wired for surround sound.

Open the french doors and you'll see the beautiful back yard
with its additional spaces for entertaining...

To the left of the den is the kitchen and breakfast area...

The Brazilian leathered countertops are beyond amazing.
I could see homework or loads of craft projects
taking place on the huge island
and its the perfect place for a party buffet.

The beauty is in the details...
the pair of Hicks pendants flanking the custom hood.
Did I mention the abundant storage?
I have to admit that just looking at all the drawers and cabinets
is very soothing to my OCD organizational self.

The stainless steel appliances are spot on...

and a chef's delight with the
48 inch Sub-Zero side by side fridge freezer
and Wolf range double oven with 6 burners and a griddle.
I want a kitchen like this in my life y'all.

Up the beautiful circular staircase with its custom iron balusters and railings...

you'll come to a huge landing area
with a perfect view into the secondary bedrooms and baths...

To the left is the stairwell to the third floor.
Straight ahead a perfect nook for reading or homework
conveniently located between two of the spacious secondary bedrooms...

Here's a peak into one of the secondary baths...

Also off the secondary landing is the light filled laundry room...

and the elegant master bedroom suite...

Another gorgeous Circa Lighting chandelier graces this room
as does a long line of windows overlooking the beautiful back garden.
I think even I could get a glorious good night sleep in this room.
The calm and serenity extends into the master bath en suite...

I know.
I gasped out loud too when I saw it for the first time.
It had me at hello with the marble herringbone floor,
the big soaking bathtub,
and the overhead rain shower...

This is what a master bath should be.

Across from the soaking tub is a Texas sized master closet
with organization and storage galore...

Similarly over-sized is the third floor,
with its endless possibilities for usage...
game room, teen hangout, playroom for little kids, work out room,
even a fifth bedroom...there's also a full bathroom on this floor.

Lastly, I'll leave you with a view of the outdoor entertaining spaces
including the outside kitchen and lounge area...

If you're in the market for a new home centrally located
in one of the best neighborhoods in Houston
then this is a must see...here is a link to the listing.
I wouldn't wait...I don't think this beauty will stay on the market for long.
